Manipuri's head designer is an avid collector of vintage scarves, particularly rare pieces designed in Europe from the 1940's - 1970's. In hunting for these rare pieces with their unique patterns and prints, she was inspired to create a brand that combined the best of the past with modern updates. Manipuri was established to design these wearable masterpieces, combining nostalgic designs with the newest design capabilities and the most luxurious fabrics.
