RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Halsbrook, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your timely return - or exchange - of unworn, unwashed, or defective clothing.*
We offer free shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges sent back within 21 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise must be received back at the Halsbrook distribution center within 30 days to qualify for full refund.
*Please note: Final sale items may not be returned. Final sale items are marked as such on the website prior to purchase.
- Within 21 days of receiving your package, please place items back in the box and send back to us with the enclosed FedEx or UPS Return Label.
- Please include the Returns Form with your reason for return.
- If, instead, you would like to exchange the item, please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-448-2332. Requests for exchanges made on the Returns Form will not be communicated to the Customer Care team, so please contact us directly instead.
Within 21 days of receiving your merchandise, simply drop your package off at your local FedEx (www.fedex.com) or UPS facility (www.Ups.com) depending on your type of prepaid return label. Or, book a collection with Fedex by calling 1-800-463-3339 or UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459. Your return postage is complimentary.
Please remember to write your reason for the return on the Returns Form and to include it in your package. Attach the shipping label to outside of box and seal your package.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 10 days for the processing of your return.
Please be advised that merchandise returned after 30 days may be declined by the Halsbrook distribution center. Please contact the Halsbrook Customer Care team prior to sending back late returns. Acceptance of late returns is at the discretion of Halsbrook and may only be refunded as a store credit.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account that was originally used to purchase the item.
Final Sale items may not be returned. Items are marked 'Final Sale' on the website prior to purchase.
The cost of your returned item(s) will be deducted from your next purchase. Store credit is valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference.
We provide free standard shipping on your new order. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Requests for price adjustments will only be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 5 days of purchase date. Please call customer care (1-855-448-2332) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
Please carefully read our return policy to ensure that we can proceed with your request as quickly as possible. Returns
- Items must be returned new, unused, and with all the original Halsbrook and designer garment tags still attached. Any forms of authenticity, such as cards, dust bags, and leather tags must also be included.
- Items must be returned in their original Halsbrook packaging. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund if packaging is not included in the return.
- Returns that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange, and merchandise will be sent back to the customer.
- To ensure quick processing time, please send all items you wish to return from an order in one shipment.
- We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible on the Halsbrook.com site. However, computer monitors vary; we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s color display.
- We quality control-check each item before sending it. Should a product be faulty, please contact us immediately. We can offer alternatives such as exchanges or repairs.
