Welcome to the web site (the “Site”) of Halsbrook, Inc. (“Halsbrook”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by Halsbrook and has been created to provide information about our company and to provide quality fashion retail products and services (the “Halsbrook Services”) to our Site visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Halsbrook’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from Site visitors.

This Personal Data and other data connected to your name may include, without limitation, your full name, your date of birth, your mailing and other contact information, your clothing sizes and preferences and details of transactions you carry out through the Site. Exclusions; Third-Party Payment Processors:
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Halsbrook other than Personal Data collected through the Site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Halsbrook through this Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as comment and review areas (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Halsbrook shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
Halsbrook uses PayPal to process payments. This third-party payment processor (and not Halsbrook) is responsible for collecting and processing credit card and other payment information and Halsbrook does not collect or store your credit or debit card number. Children:
Halsbrook does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on this Site without their permission. If you think that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Halsbrook through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. This Site may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by Halsbrook (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from this Site do not imply that Halsbrook endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. Social Media:
Through the Site, you can choose to access certain social media websites and services that are owned and/or controlled by third parties (like Facebook and Twitter) (such websites and services, collectively, the “Social Media Services”). When you elect to access and use the Social Media Services, you will be sharing your information (which will include personal information if you elect to share such information) with those Social Media Services. As with other Third Party Sites, the information that you share with the Social Media Services will be governed by the privacy policies and terms of service of the providers of such Social Media Services and not by the polices and procedures we describe here. Refer A Friend
When you invite a friend to Halsbrook, you both can share in the rewards!
Offer Valid from March 20, 2013 to August 31, 2013. Earned credits expire within 6 months of date of issue.
Earning Credits:
- To earn credits, you must refer friends who have not previously made a purchase from Halsbrook.
- Each new customer you refer who clicks on your personal referral link and enters their email on the Halsbrook site will automatically receive a credit for $25 when they make their first purchase of $100 or more (exclusion of shipping, taxes and other promotional codes).
- Once your referred friend makes a purchase and the purchase is shipped, a Halsbrook customer service representative will put a $25 Referral Credit in your account too (please allow approximately 30 days)! In the event your referred friend returns a purchased item and their lifetime ordered value decreases below $100, the referral credit awarded to you may be rescinded.
- There is no limit to the number of new customers you can refer.
- This offer is limited to one referral and email address per friend. Friends who register using multiple accounts or email addresses will be subject to account termination if discovered and the $25 referral credit issued to you and the $25 issued to the new member will be cancelled.
- You may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to persons you don’t personally know to collect referrals and you may not collect referrals by posting on message boards or other online venues in violation of such venues’ terms of use.
Spending Referral Credits:
- Referral Credits will be automatically applied to your next purchase at checkout.
- Referral Credits cannot be applied to previous purchases, and are not redeemable for cash. Offer is not transferable and may not be pooled with other members.
Prohibitions and Cancellation:
- Halsbrook reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
- Halsbrook reserves the right to cancel a referring customer’s referral credit if it determined in its sole discretion that a referring customer has violated these terms, including through any fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by referring fake people to Halsbrook, using false names, using multiple identities, email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person or otherwise providing false or misleading information).
- This referral program is subject to modification, suspension or termination at anytime without notice in Halsbrook’s sole discretion.
